Bella knows the difference between cold pressed virgin oils and virgin oils but sometimes the prices are ridiculous, will it really benefit her hair to by extra virgin oils.
Hair Tip #1 Cold Pressed Oils aren’t Heated Which Contains more Nutritional Value for your Hair and Body

Hair Tip #2 You Are Getting What You Pay For But You Don’t Have to Use Them for Healthy Hair
Depending on your individual price budget, you may or may not be able to purchase organic cold pressed virgin oils and if you are able to use virgin oils, thats a lot better than not using any oils at all for your hair care!
Hair Tip #3 Lower Quality Oils for Sealing (More Acidic), Higher Quality Oils for Penetration (More Alkaline)
PH Testing Kit http://goo.gl/vK30V6
If your hair and scalp is in an healthy state, using a lower quality oil in comparison to virgin cold pressed oils are virgin oils. Since the PH of lower quality oils are usually more acidic, it works better on the surface of the hair as a sealant since the PH of hair and scalp is slightly acidic (PH 4.6 - 5.5)
If your hair needs a treatment for hair breakage or chronic dry hair, using a higher quality oil in comparison to virgin oils are virgin cold pressed oils. Since the Ph of higher quality oils are usually more alkaline, it works better as a penetrating product than a sealant since the PH is typically higher than your hair.
Alkaline products open up the hair shaft for penetration, while acidic products close the hair shaft for sealing in moisture.
